MAC manufactures a focused portfolio of aerospace-standard screws and bolts produced from A286, 302 and 431 stainless steels, 4037, 8740, INCO-718, and other approved aerospace alloys. In addition to national and international standards, MAC supports bespoke fastening solutions engineered to meet program-specific requirements.

Centrally located in Ottawa, Kansas, MAC provides complete in-house capabilities spanning engineering, tooling, cold heading, thread rolling, secondary operations, heat treating, and plating.

Verification at Every Stage
MAC operates a complete in-house fastener testing laboratory that serves as the hub of its quality system. Certified to AS9100D and meeting ISO 17025 laboratory standards, MAC’s facility supports:
- External thread inspection (System 21, 22, 23)
- Adhesion and coating thickness testing
- Corrosion testing
- Microhardness and Rockwell hardness testing
- Shear, fatigue, tensile, and torque-tension testing
- Metallography
- Stress durability testing
- Magnetic particle and liquid penetrant inspection
Statistical process controls monitor every phase of production, providing continual technical support from raw material through finished product.
